Alexandra Frumar is the founder of Frumar Law. She started Frumar Law when she identified the need for a new style of startup counseling, one that focuses on a high quality and collaborative service, at a much lower rate than traditional law firms.

Alexandra has extensive experience working with emerging companies throughout their life cycles, counseling on everything from company formation and corporate governance matters, employment matters, drafting and negotiating commercial and technology transactions (both domestic and international), to venture capital financing and mergers and acquisitions. Alexandra's industry focus has been on the Internet (including Saas offerings), electronic commerce, software and hardware.

Before starting Frumar Law, Alexandra was corporate counsel at AppDirect and an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy in the San Francisco office.

Alexandra holds a J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and she obtained a B.A. in Literature from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
